Hotel Information
Located at 10 Bayfront Avenue, the Marina Bay Sands is situated on some of the most desirable real estate in Singapore. Here are some features that make it Singapore’s leading hotel.
Without a doubt, the most memorable feature of the hotel is its infinity pool. The 150-meter infinity pool not only gives the hotel its iconic shape, it is also recognized as the world’s largest infinity pool. Access to the pool is heavily restricted so you will need to be a registered guest in order to gain entrance.
A wide range of food and drinks are available for those looking to do some poolside dining. The SkyPark also doubles as a bar and entertainment zone for those looking to party 57-floors above Singapore.
The Marina Bay Sands has a good selection of fine dining in addition to the rooftop options. Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsey, CUT Steakhouse, and DB Bistro are some must-try restaurants at the Sands.

Key Summary
Singapore is a world-renowned destination for business travelers and doubles as a well-located stop-over for trips spanning the Eastern and Western hemispheres. Singapore has a relatively high number of luxury resorts and hotels due to the influx of wealthy travelers attracted to the city. Stays at what is arguably Singapore’s finest accommodation won’t come cheap. Expect prices to start at $300-$400 dollars although prices do rise around holiday seasons. The room we booked over the Chinese New Year holiday came in at double the standard price so plan on booking early or prepare to pay a premium during peak seasons. Despite the price both Corina and I feel that the Marina Bay Sands was one of the best values we have had when traveling abroad. This has come to be our go-to hotel in Singapore.
One interesting bit of trivia is that the Marina Bay Sands is the 5th most expensive building in the world. It’s really quite remarkable when you think about it.
Part of the value of the hotel comes from the rooms which bring comfort and luxury with every detail. This is one of the few places where we’ve wanted to spend the day indoors rather than go out. Perhaps this is due to the many attractions located at the Sands. Your day can easily be filled with poolside activities, a workout at the gym, and dining at a celebrity restaurant. We aren’t big shoppers but, of course, there is plenty of shopping to be had inside the mall. And there is always the Sands Casino for those looking to test their luck.
One of the things that I feel is often overlooked is the service so I feel I should mention something about our experience here. All the staff we dealt with were highly attentive and were able to facilitate any request we had. The surprising part is that everyone we dealt with remembered our names throughout our stay – something that was quite surprising for us. The attention to detail really showed us how much the employees care about creating a memorable stay for their guests.
The Marina Bay Sands, Singapore is our top high-end choice in Singapore. Its high price point may put off a number of visitors but, once you experience the wide range of facilities and amenities, it feels like the price is more than justified. If you’re considering a stay in Singapore’s prestigious Bay District you can’t go wrong with the Marina Bay Sands.
Price Range: $300 – $400

Every hotel displayed on Adventure Filled Life comes with a high recommendation based on factors which quality, service, price, and location, among others. We do not use the traditional star system when rating accommodation as this system of scoring can be misleading. Ratings will naturally differ between geographic regions – a 5* rated hotel in rural Thailand is typically not comparable to one in downtown NYC. Instead, our recommendations are based on overall quality compared to standard accommodation in each given location. Each hotel profiled has been quality-verified and is recommended as the top accommodation for a specific type of traveler.
